You can click on "Forgotten your password" on the login page.

Simply enter your e-mail address here to receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

How can I check the availability of a product?

The stock in our warehouse is shown on the product page. However, delivery may be delayed if products in your order are temporarily out of stock. Our warehouse stock is updated in real time. Please refer to the live inventory displayed on the product page for up-to-date stock information when you place an order.

How do I create an account?

Click "Register Now" and enter the information required to create your account. With an account you can:
1. get quickly to the checkout with stored delivery addresses
2. view your order history and track orders
3. simply return items using your account

How can I update my information and password?

You can easily edit your personal data on the My Account page, where you can update your registered e-mail address and password.
After you update your registered e-mail address, the order history is saved and will still be displayed when you use your new e-mail adress to log in.

How long is the delivery timeframe for the product?

If the product is in stock and we receive your order by 3 p.m., we will deliver within 2 working days.

If the product is currently out of stock, the delivery time is 2 weeks.

The delivery time for a specific order can be found in the delivery time information when you go to checkout.

How can I track the status of my order?

You can easily track the status of your order in your "Orders".

How do I change items in my order?

Please contact your sales representative to have items changed for you. Changes can only be made to an order as long as it has not yet been shipped or production has been started.

1. Your order number is in the confirmation e-mail.
