Return
Rosenberger OSI offers a return service for articles in stock (availability within 2 days) within 14 days from date of invoice. Excluded from the return service are articles which are produced on order (desired lengths or not in stock).

Quick and easy return
Do you want to return an item? Simply follow the four steps below:
1. Select the order and items from your account and fill out and submit the return form provided online.
2. Place the return slip we send you and the original invoice in a box with the item and seal it securely for transport.
3. Send the package back to us.
4. As soon as we have received the package and the goods have been subjected to an incoming goods inspection, we will refund the purchase price to you.
Our return service
All items in stock (availability within 2 days) of Rosenberger OSI can be returned without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of invoice and the customer will then be refunded the purchase price. The following conditions apply:
The goods may be returned in person at the registered office of Rosenberger OSI (Endorferstr. 6, 86167 Augsburg) or the goods may be returned at the customer's expense. The return shipment has to be made to: Rosenberger-OSI GmbH & Co. OHG, Endorferstr. 6, 86167 Augsburg.
The original invoice from the purchase and the return slip must be presented when the goods are handed in at the Rosenberger OSI headquarters or enclosed with the shipment when the goods are returned.
For repayment, Rosenberger OSI shall use the same means of payment that the customer used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.
If the customer returns the item(s) of an order in accordance with this voluntary right of return, Rosenberger OSI shall refund the purchase price paid. Shipping costs shall not be refunded.
If the conditions for the right of return are not met, the purchase price paid will not be refunded.
