Rosenberger OSI offers a return service for items in stock (availability within 2 days) within 14 days after you receive the products. Articles made to order (desired lengths or not in stock) are excluded from the return service.

Quick and easy returns
Would you like to return an article? Just follow the following four steps:
1. Select the order and items from your account and fill out and submit the online return form.
2. Put the return note, the original invoice we sent you and the article in a cardboard box and close the box securely for transport.
3. Send the package back to us.
4. As soon as we receive the package and have inspected the merchandise, we will refund the purchase price to you.
Our return service
All Rosenberger OSI articles in stock (availability within 2 days) can be returned within 14 days from the date of the invoice without having to give reasons. We will then reimburse you for the purchase price. The following conditions apply:
Items can be returned personally to the headquarters of Rosenberger OSI (Endorferstr. 6, 86167 Augsburg) or returned at the customer’s expense. The return shipment must be addressed to Rosenberger OSI GmbH & Co OHG, Endorferstr. 6, 86167 Augsburg.
The original invoice from the purchase and the return note must be presented at the headquarters of Rosenberger OSI when the merchandise is handed in, or both documents must be enclosed with the shipment when returns are posted to us.
Rosenberger OSI will use the same means of payment for the repayment as the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer./p>
If the customer returns the article(s) of an order under this voluntary right of return, Rosenberger OSI will refund the purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the valid conditions for the right of return are not met, the purchase price of the item(s) in question will not be refunded.
