Return
What right of return do I have?
For most articles, Rosenberger OSI offers a right of return within 14 days after receipt of the products. Products made to order (marked as desired lengths) cannot be accepted as returns.
How can I return an item if I am not a registered customer?
If you have placed the order as a guest, you can start the return procedure using the relevant form.
Are there any shipping costs for the returned item(s)?
If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g. if you have received a wrong or defective item etc.), Rosenberger OSI will pay all shipping costs. Otherwise, you must pay the costs for returns.
How do I receive a refund?
We will refund the returned items using your payment method, e.g. to your credit card, PayPal, etc.
