How can I track the status of my order?

You can easily track the status of your order in your "Orders".

How do I change items in my order?

Please contact your sales representative to have items changed for you. Changes can only be made to an order as long as it has not yet been shipped or production has been started.

How can I find my order number?

1. Your order number is in the confirmation e-mail.

2. You can find your order number under "My Account".

How do I know whether or not Rosenberger OSI has received my order?

When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with all the order information.

What should I do if I do not receive the confirmation e-mail?

If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail, even after you have completed all the steps, please check that the order is listed under "My Account". If it is not, please contact us for further assistance.
