Does Rosenberger OSI offer deliver internationally?

Can I know the exact delivery time to the product in advance?

No. The delivery time varies depending on the availability of the product.

The shipping date (ex-works) is shown in the shipping confirmation. Standard delivery times within the EU are 24 hours.

Do you offer free delivery?

Orders of €100 or more are shipped free of charge.

Orders below include a lump sum of €25 for shipping and handling. For more information, please see our Shipping and Delivery page.

Can I change my delivery address or shipping method?

Once the order has been packed, you cannot change the delivery address. If the delivery address changes after the order has been sent, however, please contact us.

We select the mode of shipment that matches your order, so you cannot make any settings changes here.

How can I tracck my package after it has been shipped?

You will receive a notification by e-mail when your merchandise has been dispatched. In the e-mail, click on the link to the tracking system of our logistics partner, and view the information about your package.

Can you offer a faster delivery if I need a product urgendtly?

We only offer our regular shipping service. A separate express service is not available.
